COMPANY HISTORY

Health Care Managers, Inc. (HCM) is headquartered in Amelia Island, Florida. HCM was established in 1984 with an unyielding commitment to serving the long-term health care needs of North Florida’s elderly population. Originally, the company was a subsidiary of Sell Realty Co. Inc. but became a separate entity in 2001.

HCM’s objectives are to achieve solid investment returns generated from quality senior housing with a focus on first class new facilities with upgrades and renovations to meet the challenges of the “baby boomer“ growth trends.
